Britney Spears’ Circus tour - April 28, 2009 at the Allstate Arena (A friend who had 3rd row seats took this picture. My sister and I had decent seats, but nowhere near as good as these). The concert was awesome. We had a great time. Even if she does lip-sync, Britney puts on a fantastic show.
